Engine Responds To Vehicle Into Structure

8/13/22 at 11:10 hours this morning, Taunton was activated mutual aid to the Onondaga Hill Fire District for a reported MVC-car into structure. Taunton Engine 6 (LT. Martin) handled the alarm and arrived behind Onondaga Hill Car 1. Units encountered 1 vehicle that has struck the corner of an apartment building and continued for a short distance before coming to a stop. Engine 6’s crew provided patient care while Onondaga Hill Rescue 2’s crew handled vehicle and structural hazards. Units operated on scene for less than 30 minutes before returning to service.
